Arkansas got off light, with tiny attorney fee awards in lawsuits successfully challenging the state ban on same-sex marriage. From National Journal:

A federal district judge on Wednesday ordered the state of Kentucky to pay $1.1 million to lawyers who successfully challenged the state’s ban on same-sex marriage, one of a handful of million-dollar awards and settlements in these cases to date.

Judges at the federal and state level ordered $93,000 in fees and costs against Arkansas in similar case.
