KARK-TV, Ch. 4, reports that the Judicial Discipline and Disability Commission voted today to recommend an interim suspension for Hot Springs Circuit Judge Wade Naramore in the heat-related death of his toddler.

David Sachar, executive director of the commission, said last week the commission could seek suspension during its own disciplinary proceedings. Sachar said the state Supreme Court could issue a ruling on the request by today, but the Times has not seen a ruling.

Naramore was charged with negligent homicide last week and is free on $5,000.
