KARK reports on disciplinary action by the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division against Ernie Biggs, a River Market club.

ABC Director Bud Roberts said the club should pay a $2,200 fine and not serve alcohol for two weeks for serving a minor and for a bouncer’s rough handling of a 21-year-old customer. Specifically, the bouncer was said to have thrown the customer head-first onto a concrete sidewalk “in violation of ABC regulation.”

KARK reports that the bouncer was fired.

PS: The establishment may appeal the action to the ABC Board and, failing that, to Circuit Court.
