40/29 reports that Lloyd Jones, serving 60 years for the murder of a Lavaca teen, has escaped from the East Arkansas Regional Correctional Facility in Lee County. No details of the escape as yet.

Jones, 40, abducted and killed Angela Allen, 16, in February 2012. Her body was found buried in a barrel north of Lavaca. He pleaded guilty in the case.

Jones’ identifying marks include multiple tattoos — of dragaons, a woman, a wizard, a castle, flames, a skull, a cross and a snake.
