I hear minor roof damage at Central has driven the presidential scholars crowd to shelter on the basement level. The group is to move to the Clinton Library for dinner. At Central, the former leaders talked about divisiveness.

Elsewhere in the world, word comes that more than 70 are dead in Nice, France after a truck plowed into  a Bastille Day crowd.  The driver was shot. Guns and grenades were found in the rig.
