It’s official. South Dakota put Hillary Clinton over the top and for the first time in the history of the United States of America, a major party has nominated a woman for president. 

After all the headlines about tension yesterday, seems like the vibes at the convention are all positive today.

UPDATE: After the Vermont delegation voted, Bernie Sanders made the procedural motion to suspend the rules and nominate Hillary Clinton by acclimation. The crowd erupted in cheers.

Now everyone is dancing.
