The University of Central Arkansas and Philander Smith College are teaming up to bring the Arkansas Coding Academy to Little Rock. Launched in 2016 on the UCA campus in Conway, the ACA is essentially a tech bootcamp that allows to students to gain training in Android coding and development in as little as 6 months. This fast track program allows students of all ages and professional backgrounds to gain real-world skills in coding and technology to help land a career in the world’s fastest growing industry.

Through Philander Smith College, the ACA will offer it’s second part-time track for those in the Little Rock area. Classes, which will be held on campus at Philander begin on September 5. The application is available online at
