FROM TIM GRIFFIN: Recipients included a present-day campaigner for Roy Moore.

Arkansas Lt. Gov. Tim Griffin
, then a political hit man for George W. Bush, oversaw a voter “caging” operation in Florida in 2004 that was aimed at removing potential Democratic voters from the voting rolls, including minority military service members  in Iraq.

Old news, but always worth remembering. New news today. Greg Palast, who broke the caging story, is back with reporting this week that Brett Doster, who worked in the caging operation in 2004, is now campaign chief for Roy Moore, the embattled Republican candidate for U.S. Senate in Alabama.
