The Institution for Taxation and Economic Policy developed the graph to illustrate the impact of the Senate tax cut bill by 2027. Taxes go up for bottom 60 percent. Biggest winners? The richest 1 percent.

PS: Vox reminds me that the tax bill is not unfair only because it benefits the rich while hurting the poor. It will be enabled by cuts in other spending on the poor, a double whammy.

MEANWHILE: Blogger Pitt Griffin calls 6-foot-5 Sen. Tom Cotton the Senate’s biggest liar for claiming on national TV that all taxpayers will receive a tax cut. Cotton dodged a question on whether he’d vote to expel Roy Moore if he wins election as senator from Alabama.
