I interrupt normal programming for a mention of the royal wedding. I couldn’t resist tuning in when I saw on Twitter a black choir singing “Stand By Me” and then heard a bit of the multicultural message from the black leader of the Episcopal Church, Bishop Michael Curry. The remarks, with references to slavery, the Old Testament and Martin Luther King, were characterized warmly by one Twitter user as akin to the message at an Ebenezer Baptist Church.

But I mainly wanted to inject a note of British humor that popped up on Twitter.
