The state report on tax revenue shows income in June was less than the same month last year and below forecast, but the fiscal year ended June 30 with gross revenue up 2.7 percent over the previous year.

The state took in $6.7 billion in the year ending June 30, up 2.7 percent over the previous year and .1 percent below the forecast, which had been adjusted. In net terms, the state ended $41.7 million ahead of the forecast on which the budget was based.


In June, the gross was $7.1 million less than last year and $13.6 million below the forecast.
