The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for much of the state today and tonight, with the northeast corner of the state getting hit hardest.
“Severe weather is once again possible today, with strong winds the main threat,” forecasters reported. “Tornadoes and localized heavy rainfall are also possible, mainly across the eastern half of Arkansas. Large hail is less likely, but could still be seen.”
Central Arkansas is also under marginal risk for severe weather, forecasters said.
