Lance Fritchman, a Little Rock School District teacher, was acquitted by District Judge Hugh Finkelstein Monday of a criminal trespass charge filed after a series of contentious visits and messages to KARK and Fox 16. UPDATE: But a new complaint was filed against him today.

Fritchman wasn’t happy about a TV reporter questioning him about the contents of his Twitter account, including an idea for a White History Month. Fritchman taught at majority black McClellan High.
UPDATE: This isn’t over.
He was placed on administrative leave from teaching duties. Principal Anthony Hobbs told parents:
We were made aware of an employee who was taken into custody for alleged charges that are not related to the school or any students. The employee in question has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of a further investigation. We will not be able to provide additional comments as this a personnel matter. LRSD administration as well as our Safety and Security officials are cooperating with authorities as they continue their investigation.
