Tom Cotton believes Brett Kavanaugh

U.S. Sen. Tom Cotton appeared on a conservative radio show yesterday and said, “My opinion of Judge Kavanaugh has not changed. He’s made an unequivocal and categorical denial of these 36-year-old allegations and every known fact so far supports that denial”.

Known facts are limited. Christine Blasey Ford has said Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her. He said he did not. A Kavanaugh friend who Ford has said was present has said, alternately, that he has no memory of the event or that he never saw Kavanaugh do such a thing.

Cotton did say Christine Blasey Ford and Brett Kavanaugh should testify.
