Deborah Hale of the Democrat-Gazette reported this morning that former House Speaker Bill Stovall was leaving his job as head of the lobbying organization for two-year colleges. Now we know his new job — joining a lobbying firm with another former speaker, Robbie Wills of Conway, and former Rep. Rick Green.

The new firm of WSG Consulting also includes Will’s wife, Dana. She and Green had been in a law firm with Robbie Wills.

The new firm will be “serving clients with government affairs services, strategy, and management solutions.” Wills and Stovall ran as Democrats, Green as a Republican. Green’s wife, Mary Beth, also served in the legislature.

Here’s their news release.
