Lott Rolfe of Maumelle is running for 10th Division, a juvenile division seat from which Judge Joyce Warren is expected to retire. Warren’s son, Jonathan, had announced for the seat earlier. Rolfe operates a law firm and has worked as a public defender and in the Little Rock city attorney’s office.

Six judgeships are going to be open on account of retirements.
