Crow lives in rural Hot Spring County. The district also covers portions of Garland, Grant and Saline counties. He’s a Marine veteran, former state trooper and former wildlife officer. His prepared release emphasizes jobs, schools and “safer communities,” but offers no specifics on how he might differentiate himself from Clark.

One idea: Target Clark for his alleged “term limits” constitutional amendment. It grandfathers current members and adds a provision to the existing constitutional amendment that would allow a legislator to come back after a four-year hiatus and run again.
