The Associated Press reports that San Francisco city supervisors are considering a ban on e-cigarette sales to address the rise in young people vaping.

This won’t happen in Arkansas because it can’t.

It’s another reminder that the Arkansas legislature, with a handy pack horse of legislation to encourage cancer research at UAMS, prohibited local regulation of e-cigarettes along with some other baubles for the tobacco industry.
