Doctor’s Orders RX of Hot Springs, the first medical marijuana dispensary to open in the state, says it soon will be the first to sell product it cultivated itself, rather than purchased from a grower.

In a news release, the dispensary said that by Sept. 10 it hopes to have one pound of each of self-grown cannabis for sale, in addition to goods from three licensed cultivating facilities.

Doctor’s Orders RX began to grow its own strains in May. These plants were harvested, passed all mandatory testing, and are estimated to be ready for sell on September 10. Products available will include flower in three varieties: Geisel, Super Skunk, and our high-THC strain, Sour Tangie.
