Police have identified the two women found dead Tuesday in a home in Little Rock and have announced the arrest of a suspect.
The bodies of Shameika Eason, 35, of Little Rock and Mallida Webb, 38, of North Little Rock were found at 2313 Nichols Road Tuesday morning. They had been shot to death. The home is southeast of Shackleford and Kanis Roads.
Montrell Burns, 33, initially told police he’d returned home and found the bodies inside. But he was developed as a suspect in a subsequent search of the home and other inquiries and charged with two counts of first-degree murder.
