Radius Aerospace formally announced today an expansion of its Hot Springs plant that makes metallic parts for aircraft. It says it will add 65 workers to an existing force of 380.
The company, formerly a Triumph Group Division, has established its corporate headquarters in Hot Springs.
The Arkansas Economic Development Commission said the company will qualify for incentives under programs that refund sales taxes and provide a state income tax credit for each new employee hired. It also received $300,000 from the governor’s quick action closing fund.
