North Little Rock police yesterday arrested Joecortland Roberson, 19, on two counts of capital murder.

He’s charged with the April 26 shooting deaths of Roderick Shelby II and Andrea Verser when they were getting out of a vehicle at Shelby’s apartment at 8339 Counts Massie Road.
The police said they anticipate more arrests.
