And Sheriff Tim Helder, who presides over this hellhole, wants a bigger jail to house still more prisoners who could be subjected to the not-so-tender mercies of his medical services provider, a source of many past complaints. At a minimum you’d think the Washington County Regional Medical Center would suggest a replacement for the sheriff on their governing board, Lest they appear to be endorsing his jail’s practice of medicine
