A report yesterday said a California electric vehicle manufacturer planned to open a facility to build vehicles in Arkansas and that more details were expected next week.

One added detail: Public records on file with the Securities and Exchange Commission indicate that the new CFO of Envirotech Vehicles, Christian Rodich, is expected to establish a permanent residence in Osceola and work in the company’s Osceola office.
