From the North Little Rock Library comes news that a $200,000 grant from the city of North Little Rock will allow plans for a mobile library to move forward ahead of schedule:

A $200,000 American Rescue Plan Act grant from the City of North Little Rock is making it possible for the library to purchase a custom bus several years ahead of schedule. Library Executive Director Crystal Gates and Associate Director Richard Theilig met with a representative of the Faber Company this week to begin the process of designing a technology-rich floor plan, which means we’ll likely have a Mobile Library taking library services, materials, and programming out into the community in early 2023!
