Heading into the weekend without any plans? The Arkansas Times has you covered.

On Friday, the inaugural Brewed in Arkansas Craft Beer Festival is happening from 6-9 p.m. at the Argenta Plaza (6th and Main streets) in North Little Rock. General admission is $30; VIP tickets, which get you catered food, special beers and reserved seating, are $100. There’ll be dozens of local beers on hand for you to try.

Saturday morning, the Arkansas Times Blues Bus will head to Helena-West Helena for a day and night of blues at King Biscuit. The Devon Allman Project is the headliner. The bus trip includes pastries, coffee and boxed lunch from Boulevard Bread Co., along with Bloody Marys and on-bus entertainment from Jason Lee Hale. Tickets are $120 per person or $200 for two.
