What’s cooking at your house? The Arkansas Sustainability Network and Arkansas Heartland Slow Foods want to know. The non-profits hope to publish an all-Arkansas cookbook in the fall and are looking for recipes using state-grown and produced foods. To request a recipe submission form or get more information, e-mail emailrecipes@gmail.com. The cookbook will also include a resource guide, information on how to store locally produced food and farmer profiles. It will be published on recycled paper using soy ink. Proceeds will benefit the ASN.
