According to the Main Street Food Trucks website, the dozens of registered food trucks include Banana Leaf, Count Porkula BBQ, El Sur Street Food Co., Katmandu Momo, Los Elotes and Slader’s Alaskin Dumpling Co. Many more trucks will line Main Street and adjacent streets for seven hours on Sunday, with local arts and crafts vendors interspersed among the kettle corn, ice cream cones, tacos and funnel cakes.
