The Remolinos Group announced today that a second Fidel & Co location will open this summer in partnership with a new co-working space occupying the first floor of 610 President Clinton Ave., the space formerly occupied by Zetêo Coffee.

Fidel Samour, owner of Fidel & Co, is partnering with Stōko owner Taylor Stokes on the project. Both are part of Remolinos Group, a concept group “formed to create new experiences in Little Rock.”

The new co-working space will feature conference rooms, storage space, private phone booths, printing services, private offices, desk spaces and a fully equipped podcast room. Fidel & Co will be  located in the front of the building and open to the public. Behind Fidel & Co will be the co-working space, which will operate on a membership program that offers day passes and monthly rates. For more information on memberships and pricing visit its website here.

The Remolinos Group announced last November that it would be opening food hall Sterling Market across from Fidel & Co in East Village in the former Cathead’s Diner. Stokes said Sterling Market is slated to open later this summer. More from the press release:

“I fully believe that we aren’t meant to do life alone – especially in our work space,” says owner Taylor Stokes. “If the recent pandemic has taught us anything it’s that surrounding yourself with community and local support changes everything. It makes an 8-5 brighter, dreams feel more realistic and life a whole lot less lonely.”

Partnering with Fidel Samour, Stōko will host a second location of Fidel & Co and will also provide its members with conference rooms, a fully equipped podcast room, phone booths, printing and mailing services, covered parking spots, a stocked kitchen and much more.

“We have loved serving our neighbors at our East Village location and are excited to venture into Downtown as we open our second location,” says Fidel Samour, owner of Fidel & Co. “Being nestled inside a coworking space is a unique opportunity to connect with our customers on a deeper level and to
build long-lasting relationships.”

Outside of office amenities, Stoko will offer its members exclusive programming with networking opportunities, guest speakers from industry leaders and other events to allow its members to connect and collaborate with other professionals across the city. Stōko’s primary goal is to make its members feel directly supported and connected to the community around them.
