EJ's Eats and Drinks

EJ’s Eats and Drinks, located downtown at 523 Center St., has been sold by previous owners Andrew Graham and Blake Wilkerson to local business owner Zach Bural. The deal was brokered by Ashton Woodward and Shep Campbell of Little Rock-based firm, Merger and Acquisition Specialists, the release says.

Jim and Christy Miners and Eddie Phillips opened the original EJ’s location just over 20 years ago on Kavanaugh Boulevard in 2002. The popular sandwich shop moved to its downtown location at Sixth and Center streets in 2006. Graham and Wilkerson purchased the restaurant in 2018.

Terms of the sale were not disclosed, but the release says that Bural plans to continue EJ’s legacy and expand its offerings to customers.

“EJ’s Eats and Drinks has been a staple in Little Rock for over two decades, and we are thrilled to see it continue under [Bural’s] ownership,” Graham said. “We are confident that he will carry on the legacy of the restaurant and take it to even greater heights.”
