607 with Bobby in the shadows.

At least its not scorching hot. I felt a raindrop when I stepped out a minute ago, but so far, no downpour.

If the weather holds, I’m starting my night at the Triple-S Alarm Stage, way the hell west of Broadway, with the latest Arkansas Times Musicians Showcase champ, 607, who’s performing with his brother Bobby (AKA Mr. Morbid). They’ll be doing a family friendly set, thank you very much. Here’s predicting a big turn-out.

From there, I’ll probably try to catch a whiff of Shooter Jennings on the Budweiser Stage in NLR as I make my way to the Arkansas Times sponsored Arkansas Music Tent to catch a bit of Nashville power-poppers the Nobility (lead singer Sean Williams is from Searcy) and then see if the Moving Front can kick out the jams with the same fire they brought last weekend.

And maybe a little Huey Lewis.

In case you forgot.
