At White Water, Jimmie Dale’s son Colin Gilmore shares the bill with the Can Kickers, a band from New London, Conn., whose music, the band says, is as if “Minor Threat and the Ramones picked up banjoes and fiddles and joined a New Orleans-style second line,” 9 p.m., $5.
