Yep, Tone Loc, the 43-year-old rapper behind hits like “Wild Thing” and “Funky Cold Medina,” will perform, on Sunday at Riverfest, before the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra, which will perform before the grown-up version of New Edition, Heads of State (Bobby Brown, yo).
