The trolley will roll from 5 to 8 p.m. tonight to transport gallery-goers and potential apron-buyers to 2nd Friday Art Night venues, the newest being the Village Commons, in the Bernice Garden at 14th and Main streets.

A big lineup of artists and crafters at the garden: Tara Fletcher Gibbs (felted jewelry), Aldo Fonticiella (photograps), Lugene Woods (art boxes), Nathaniel Dailey (paintings), Melverue Abraham (paintings), Oshara (beads) and Justin Bowles (jewelry).

About those aprons: They’re made of vintage cloth and being sold to benefit Literacy Action of Central Arkansas; see them at the Bernice Gardens and the Green Corner Store, 1423 Main.

More on 2nd Friday to come.
