One restaurant closes, another opens. Albasha Grill quietly closed recently. I dropped by today and briefly chatted with the folks creating Pho Thanh My, a Vietnamese soup shop that will open in the place Monday. No menu yet, but here’s hopin’ for some fabulous pho — and that the restaurant survives in a space that’s seen three restaurants in as many years.
