Eureka Springs’ perennial “Opera in the Ozarks” program will return this summer for its 61st season at Inspiration Point. The six-week intensive training program culminates every year in a month-long opera music festival.

The 2011 lineup offers 23 performances from June 24 to July 22.

This year’s, the festival offers Strauss’ “Die Fledermaus,” Mozart’s “The Marriage of Figaro” and Mark Adamo’s 1998 twist on a Louisa May Alcott classic in the opera version of “Little Women.”
