I know so many people who have just three spices in their cabinets… salt, pepper and Cavender’s Greek Seasoning. The magical blend goes well on so many things, it’s no wonder it’s become so synonymous with good steaks and ribs around these parts.
When I’m reviewing burgers, I can automatically tell which category the spicing of the meat falls into: salt & pepper, Worchestershire, Tony Chachere’s, house spice or Cavender’s. In Arkansas, Cavender’s is king.
