Over the next week or so, we’ll be talking a lot about cornbread. We’re just over a week away from the inaugural Arkansas Cornbread Festival, and if you haven’t made your plans to attend November 5th you should probably take care of that.

Michael Roberts says no one does cornbread like his mama. He contributes her recipe, a traditional Arkansas-style non-sweetened cornbread made in a skillet, over at Arkansas Foodies. Do give it a look-see.
