I have no data to back this up, but I believe the most popular New Year’s resolution is to lose weight. Some folks just vaguely attack this with exercise, others try to reduce consumption and still others tackle the resolution by eliminating a portion of their regular diet.
How about you? Do you feel the need to cut back or quit altogether things like alcohol, chocolate, caffeine or red meat? What’s your food-based resolution?
