Jerry Springer, the talk show host who grew a veritable pop culture empire from chatting with trailer park methheads embroiled in three-way sex romps with their relatives, is coming to Northwest Arkansas on August 10, where he will be a celebrity guest at the Northwest Arkansas Naturals baseball game in Springdale. The visit is sponsored by Arkansas CW, the network which hosts his “The Jerry Springer Show.”

One of my personal fave “Springer” episodes is seen above. Still a better love story than “Twilight.”

Springer will reportedly throw out the first pitch, sign autographs, and set off fireworks after the game. No word yet on whether he’ll help some fans in the audience sort out their confusion and torn allegiances on Father’s Day.
