The Butler Center Galleries, 401 President Clinton Ave., opens “Women to Watch 2013” tonight as part of the 2nd Friday Art Night festivities from 5-8 p.m. The exhibition, in the atrium, features textile artists Louise Halsey, Barbara Cade, Jennifer Libby Fay, Jane Hartfield and Deborah Kuster. Guitarist Paul Morphis will provide music for the opening. Also on exhibit at the Butler Center are “Reflections in Pastel” and “Native Arkansas.”

Third (“9th Ever Nog-off” eggnog competition); Old State House Museum, 300 W. Markham (Chamber Singers at 7 p.m. tonight and Saturday too, also 3 p.m. Sunday); Paper Scissors Little Rock, 300 River Market Ave. (handmade gifts) and Stratton’s (Barry Thomas and Christie Young).
