Alexis Stevenson, first place winner in the THEA Foundation’s inaugural Fashion Design Scholarship for high school seniors, and second place winner Celeste Jennings will show their designs at 7 p.m. Sunday, April 27, at Curbside Couture at the Clinton Presidential Center. Curbside Couture showcases the work of student designers; the event is sold out but you can get on a wait list for tickets here.

Alexis, of Jonesboro, won $4,000 and Celeste, of Little Rock, won $2,500 for their dresses made of 75 percent recycled materials. Judges were designers Korto Momolu and Connie Fails and Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art CFO Tracy Cude.
