It’s only a month off, the 2nd annual Latino Food and Music Festival, which means you have time to practice doing the cha cha while drinking a Margarita. The event, sponsored by Arkansas Times and El Latino, will be 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sept. 13 in the Argenta Farmers Market at Fifth and Main in North Little Rock, where vendors will serve up the cuisine of El Salvador, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico and Brazil. Eight-piece salsa band Calle Soul will perform, and there will be the aforementioned Margaritas as well as soft drinks for refreshment. Tickets are $15 in advance (buy them here or $20 at the door.
