The 2015 Arkansas Times Whole Hog Roast is returning to Argenta on Saturday, August 29, and you are all invited. I had the privilege to judge this event last year, and let me tell you—I didn’t have a bad bite all night. Each team went above and beyond, not just with their hogs but also with their side dishes.

There’s something very compelling to me about seeing a whole hog being roasted, and multiply that by over a dozen teams and the Argenta Farmers Market grounds becomes a porcine wonderland of good sights, good smells and a good time for everyone.
