Fine dining means fine wine, and One Eleven at the Capital knows a lot about both. To showcase their fantastic wine cellar and the skills of sommelier Lee Ingold, the downtown restaurant is holding a series of wine tastings from October 24-December 19. These events are going to be small, intimate affairs of no more than 12 people, and include wine and tapas from the One Eleven kitchen. Here’s a look at what to expect:

October 24: “Sweet and Sticky”
This tasting will feature ice wines, Muscat, Sauternes and Porto.
