Rock Town Distillery is a true Arkansas success story. Given that the Natural State has never been known for its spirits distillation tradition, Rock Town owner Phil Brandon really took a chance by opening up his distillery in 2010—and the liquor just keeps getting better and better. If you haven’t had a taste of the good stuff in awhile, or if you just like it so much that you need to taste it all the time, you’ll be excited to know that the distillery is hosting a Holiday Whiskey Tour on Sunday, December 13th at 4 p.m.
The Rock Town Crew has put together a variety of featured whiskeys, including the 3-year-old Arkansas Straight Bourbon, Single Barrel Rye Whiskey, Single Barrel Hickory Smoked Whiskey and Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey—and those last three will all be served at cask strength. Each whiskey will be paired with food from Kent Walker Cheese, Hillcrest Artisan Meats and a holiday treat from Loblolly Creamery.
