Kathy Bay’s geometric abstractions and Jason McCann’s painterly figurative work are on exhibit week at Boswell Mourot Fine Art, 5815 Kavanaugh Blvd. Our website change sent a notice of the reception April 24 into the ether, but the show will run through May 18, so there are plenty of opportunities to catch the show.

McCann teaches art at Little Rock Central High School, where his students have provided material for his terrific American Student Series. Bay, of Sherwood, calls her work a “unique representation of landscape.”

Boswell Mourot is open 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Tue.-Fri. and 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Sat.
