Amazon has announced it's raising its minimum wage to $15 an hour for all of its U.S. employees. They apparently aren't in receipt of the Arkansas chamber of commerce talking points about the damaging economic impact of a minimum wage higher than $8.50.

The Arkansas Supreme Court today ordered dismissal of the city of Little Rock's appeal of Judge Mackie Pierce's finding that past payments of $300,000 a year to the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce were unconstitutional handouts to a private corporation.

House endorses amendment to limit damage lawsuits

The House today endorsed SJR 8, the proposed constitutional amendment to limit awards and attorney fees in damage lawsuits and also to give the legislature control of Supreme Court rule-making.
