The state Medical Marijuana Commission will consider for the third time today NEA Full Spectrum's request to move to Jonesboro at today's meeting. The commission will also consider whether to renew River Valley Relief's cultivation permit.
NEA Full Spectrum in Brookland is requesting a move to Jonesboro. The dispensary's president said last month sales had fallen off by 15% since nearby Missouri legalized recreational marijuana.

The state Supreme Court denied the state's appeal Thursday in a case in which the plaintiff alleges racial discrimination and ethical problems in the state's process for awarding medical marijuana dispensaries. The case now heads back to Pulaski County Circuit Court.
