“In the Garden” at the Historic Arkansas Museum is an exploration of the middle ground between dark and light, “metaphorical processes of birth, death and (re)birth” by Danny R.W. Baskin and Lee Byers, with soft sculptures and wall pieces by Baskin and paintings by Lee Byers. Baskin and Byers, both of whom hold MFAs from the University of Arkansas School of Art, are cofounders of FEAST gallery in Fayetteville, where art, feasting and creative activities are held.
